I-Qube

I-Qube is the Confianzys Incubation Center that will enable companies to build a culture of Innovation and deliver market-relevant innovative products, with support in the form of Innovation, Incubation and Investment.

Confianzys supports different Innovation scenarios ranging from start-up teams that have the germ of an idea but need strategic thinking to build a viable innovation, to teams from established companies that want to stretch their capabilities and look beyond current lines of business. We bring in structured and free-flowing techniques to help you question existing assumptions and beliefs and look at varied sources for innovation such as customer experiences, technological developments and pushing the “next” frontier.

Our engagement in this area includes valuable senior management bandwidth from the Confianzys founding team, who act as mentors bringing in expertise from diverse high-tech markets from around the world, and can identify innovation opportunities and move ideas from “amazing new technology” to “profitable opportunity”.

I-Qube also incubates businesses with support in the form of specific complementary skills that founding teams may need (technical, financial, organizational), space and infrastructure or financial investment.
